I am a 6’4” and my wife is 5’6”. We are a lot smoother now since we’ve done these steps and many more for multiple weeks in the last year. Both 77 and 76 here and my balance isn’t the best.

I have them but can’t really post them here Because the limit on images is five meg and videos are huge.
