is anyone using Trazodone for sundowning?

@trishaanderson No side effects that i noticed but to be honest, she was not on it for very long. A severe UTI sent her to the hospital and she passed away several weeks later. She had just entered Memory Care and the director said that most of the residents were on some dosage of Seroquel.

@thereaklenb Seroqual really helps my husband but I am cautious as he has extreme neuropathy and uses a walker plus we have stairs. I have been using 10 mg of Melatonin but will try earlier and see if it works better. After even the smallest amount of Seroqual it seems to affect his balance. We use a wheelchair when away from our home.
