Sight - Every sunrise. Not always there but you can pencil me in for every second day.
Smell - I often forget the pleasure but coffee in the early morn.
Sound - I just moved very close to the ocean so that keeps me alert (I live in Japan and a tsunami is a real thing)
Activity - Walking…got to make this more of a habit. I have been somewhat slack of late.

I bet sushi is not bad there either *wink wink ; ), ha ha.
I LOVE Japanese cuisine, one of these days I will find time to learn making at least a basic miso soup - I even bought a clay pot couple of months back but somehow never got to actually do it *eyeroll
