@sondrachristo1 Thanks for your reply. The deep dive for answers is so hard, most things Im reading about is all the new positive information about HRT and how it can be so beneficial etc - which is great. Very hard to find resources about women who couldn't tolerate it, had negative symptoms or paradoxical effects, what that looked like, what they tried and how they navigated it. I might try different route than oral/pill. Then there's the question if my Estradiol is too high (now that Prog is so low), OR, if what is needed is the addition of Testosterone. Im glad you were able to find the right solution for you!!

@orion7962 I’ve been on HRT for over 2 years but I keep spotting/bleeding. My doctor has been working with me on changing my patch dose & progesterone. Had a vaginal ultrasound which shows my uterus is thicker than usual & I have developed a small polyp in my uterus. It’s been frustrating because no one wants to bleed. I feel great on it but it’s the bleeding that is the issue. I don’t want to go off HRT because of all the benefits. Plus I feel great! Has anyone had this issue & if so what can you recommend?
