jackie2024, you might want to see an otolaryngologist to protect your hearing. Sooner is better than later.

@gently OH I HAVE TRIED TO ASK MY STEPDAD BECAUSE I CAN'T DRIVE NEITHER CAN MY MOM AND HE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG BUT MY EARS HAVE BEEN WANTING TO SHUT DOWN SINCE I HAVE BEEN SCREAMING AND TALKING FOR SO LONG AND LOUD AND NOW THERE IS A FLAP IN MY THROAT I CAN TOUCH WITH MY FINGER AND LUMPS AND I AM SCARED

jackie2024, there is a flap in the back of the throat that you can touch called the uvula.
https://www.capitalent.com/post/your-uvula/.
Bumps in the throat, called cobblestone throat, are a common reaction to allergies or viruses and usually resolve when you are over the virus and/or away from the virus. The swelling could be from either.
I'm more concerned about the loss or hearing. Though it may all be including the tinnitus from fluid from whatever is irritating your sinuses and ears.
I'd rather that you see an ENT, but medical care is expensive and your stepfather seems to have all of the power in your family. Is there a school nurse where you study?

@gently this is no uvula this is a flap that is flabby and it comes out of the throat i can touch i can't see it but when looking in the mirror i see the uvula but not the flap so there has to be some kind of growth and the hearing yes it has to be checked my stepdad deafness can't come fast so he does not care i also have passive bowel or something but my stepdad said it is for old people

jackie2024, is your stepdad resisting because of the cost. Do you have health insurance?

@jackie2024 It is obvious you feel you need help/support that you're not getting. Are you a student in school? Do you have a job? Is your mother supportive? Is there someone outside your immediate family home you can go to for support?

Do you have a primary care doctor? Hearing loss can happen at any age.
