@blm1007blm1007 At our age (I'm just 81 1/2) I think that we can say with some authority that we had the best music. I'm grateful that I can easily access it online.

You are so right! We did have the most beautiful music. (I'm 79) One of those was Ray Charles singing, "America the Beautiful!" I remember when I could see Ray Charles for $1.oo at the Evergreen Ballroom in Olympia, Washington. He wasn't well known yet but he was very talented!

@capnjack As I sit here and read this, listening to music through my hearing aids (and not getting the full frequency range, nor understanding the words.) I have To agree with you.
I am also 81 1/2. We had the best!!
