Could describe my self!regular occasionally for a couple weeks on my own. I keep track of it and just when it's too many days gone by, I use XXXXXXXXXXX It really depends on my diet, exercise, and state of mind. Stress is brutal for me.............walked more in last 6 months than ever have!.................legs are 21 ....rest 83!

@peterose All of me is 83. Legs included. I don't walk enough and I know it. I just like to sit, watch TV and surf the net. Do you get up in the morning and think " Is today the day?" I do, then get disappointed most of the time.
