@peterose Doctor suggested it. It's not that often. I can be regular occasionally for a couple weeks on my own. I keep track of it and just when it's too many days gone by, I use dulcolax. It really depends on my diet, exercise, and state of mind. Stress is brutal for me. I don't know what the magic ingredient is. If I did, I would sell it online.
