@lioness takes a month or two of using just CBD every day to build up in your system for optimal relief...also must have some THC...I tried both ways; CBD alone did little...with a 2:1 CBD/THC ratio got relief almost immediately.

with a 2:1 cbd/thc ratio did you feel effect right away and how long did the effect last?did you use pill form or vapor form? I ask this because i am going to get a certificate for medical m. sometime this week and with my bad digestive track i will probably have to go vapor...kozlo52
