Thanks so much for sharing this. I've been trying to find the program in Boston, without success, and had considered sharing info with a PT/trainer here.

@sigggie Thank you for sharing.
Most doctors only do what they learned from schooling and not many are interested in and medical improvements in regards to osteoporosis.
We have to do our own research .
