You need to find a pelvic floor physical therapist. They can work with you to get your stress incontinence resolved. Usually it involves doing kegels, and they train you how to do them properly. It can take a few months before it’s really effective.

The PT pelvic floor specialist was the first thing I did BEFORE and immediately after surgery. I was doing Kegels 24/7, and all sorts of pelvic floor exercises. Even tried dry needling. But after a year of bi-weekly appointments, i decided on the ProACT procedure in January 2025.

I’m getting tired of the clamp and Depend liners. Now checking on surgeons with Boston Scientific AUS expertise — AMS 800.
