@glife yes. For me I get pain that basically circles around, chest, sides, and back. I comes and goes.
Same here. I also have bouts of Costchondritis (inflammation of the breastbone) that is very painful. Sister
to this is Tietze Syndrome.
I have had my heart checked several times and all is well and I rejoice.
I believe you can hurt anywhere with Fibromyalgia from head to toes.

@glife was that a sudden sharp pain? Have you been coughing?
I broke my breast bone coughing when I had bronchitis.
No mine appears to be muscular pain with some sharp pains that may be inflammation

I have what l call sternum pain, bad enough to have to go to hospital when it first happened as I was finding it hard to breathe. It was later discovered I had chronic mild GORD and it was only recently after 2 falls many tests, pain in practically every part of my body including sternum/ chest that it turned out to be fibromyalgia.
