@soldieron, These medications can certainly wreak havoc on our GI systems. I take a different targeted therapy and have struggled too. It can take a while for our bodies to adjust. Hopefully you figure out what works for you. Are you drinking a lot of water? Are you able to go for regular walks?, moving can help.
