@5148branelly thank you very much for sharing your experience regarding the cpap mask. I have tried several types of masks with one being a nasel mask. I was really excited to try it when I received it. But when I started the machine I had so much air coming out of my mouth that I had to quickly take it off, which I did and threw it on the floor. My issue with those is that apparently i sleep with my mouth open that the dr said it wouldn't work out for me. I too have gotten to the point of not wanting to use it all. I've had nothing but headaches trying to find the right mask and see true results. I have severe sleep apena and my dr keeps insisting that I do whatever it takes to use it every night. I'm happy to hear that you found one that works real good for you. I wish you many more years of great sleep 😴.

Try sleep mouth tape! Google for brand names. It’s designed to be comfortable and not interfere w/ breathing.
It might work!

I have the same problem! I have tried the nasal mask it blows back very badly. I went back to my face mask, I found some fabric face mask covers on Amazon that fit very well over my BiPap mask. I have wrinkles but I use a wrinkle serum at night and it helps some. I will take the wrinkles over the headache's and brain fog!
