Does this sound like gastroparesis?

Unbearable burning pain in stomach. Also, mouth and tongue burn 24 hrs. a day. I have also developed dry mouth. On gastroparisis diet but still find no relief.

Maybe, get to a doc sooner than later, so the suffering doesn’t go on and cause more problems.
I also had unbearable burning in my stomach in the beginning until my GI doctor put me on Prilosec 40mg,it still burns at times but the reflux is better,my doctor gave me a prokonetic Motegrity it helps with the gastroparesis and constipation,I also follow a gastroparesis diet,hope you can get evaluated by a GI doctor and feel a bit better
@mimi8202 Has anyone mentioned 'Burning Mouth Syndrome' to you, by chance? Oddly, I developed it and it burns pretty badly - not sure of your medical profile, but couldn't hurt to look into. Hope it gets better soon!!
