@heisenberg34 Well, mine is apparently connected to being out of breath, doing a task that becomes too much for me, and nausea that overtakes me. It's never while I am peacefully sitting down, reading or relaxing. It's awful wretching, empties the whole stomach and I get weak and have to lay down. Not like your situation at all.
