PSA on Black Friday 11/28/25 is < 0.02

Well it happened. Just got my psa results back from today’s blood draw. For the first time I have a “< “ symbol. My psa is < .02. I never thought this would happen and so quickly, because of the Gleason 9, intraductal, cribriform, etc …. I know it won’t last forever, but tonight, I’m taking the win with celebration. Thanks all who have written supportive replies to my posts. It’s very much appreciated!!!

Congratulations!

Maybe it won't last forever, but the "< " in my "< 0.01" has lasted nearly 4 years for me so far, and that's starting from cancer that had already metastasised to my spine. The -lutamides, combined with ADT, feel sort-of magical.

Thanks North! That’s awesome! And I agree, they are magical. They have made my testicles disappear! 🙂

Congratulations.
If I read correctly, you had RP in March and salvage radiation treatment in the summer.
I just received my uPSA < .02 which is 2 yrs of testing undetectable.
RP in Aug 2022 and due to G 9 w/ EPE and .19 persistent PSA postop, salvage radiation treatment w/ short term ADT Feb - Jun 2023.
1st tested Nov 2023 6 mos after radiation portion of treatment ended.
So take the Big Win, and best wishes.
Yes I am so very pleased; and my trepidation at each test will continue.
