Hello. I have been on Cpap therapy for a little over two years and have the same problem. I cannot tolerate the nasal masks and have to use full face and have been through at least 15 different ones. Simplus is the one that has given me the best fit. I guess my face shape is just odd because in order for the mask to not leak I must have it quite tight on my face. There is no way around this but I really hate the forehead wrinkles from the headgear strap that have become permament and the deep grooves that run down each side of my nose to my mouth that come from the cushion. It is almost comical to hear people say oh you just need to try a different mask because a mask should not be that tight. Your mask has to be tight enough for a seal, period. When you have tried so many different masks and also tried each size cushion in those mask types you know what works on your face and what doesn't. Adhesive sports tape over the bridge of my nose has helped a lot to prevent the nose bridge irriation but liners nor cream have offered any help for mask seal. I have accepted this as a fact of treatment but it doesn't make me happy about it. I am wondering if anyone has had any luck with dermal fillers or botox for these creases and wrinkles. If a company could come up with a completely custom built mask made from a mold of your face I would gladly pay any price. There is money to be made if someone would take on that challenge. I have read extensively about the Inspire device but know two people that have gotten the implant are having trouble with the unit migating within their chest. I hope you can find a solution to your issue. I know that I am going to keep trying. Every couple of months I check to see if there is a new mask that has come out and if there is I try it, always to no avail. The only one I have not tried is the Fitlife Total Face mask, which covers your entire face, not just your nose and mouth. It looks quite uncomfortable but it seems that it may elininate some of the problems we are having. Sorry for rambling on for so long. I just happened across your post and thought I would chime in.
