Sure thing buddy. Good healthy balanced food and vitamins supplements, and protein in powder form you can add to your green juice which I recommend, although for fiber benefits from fruits and vegetables it’s recommended to eat whole vegetables and fruits. One can always use Metamucil for fiber of course exercise, aerobic and isometric (weights), you can take the powder protein three or twice a week and before you do the weights; it’s important to clear it with your doctor before taking supplements and especially the protein, since depending on your kidney function it may be prohibited for you. Also be careful with the calcium and magnesium supplements. Also if you want to keep from aging too fat, your mental health is very important, as well as as spiritual growth. There are also some hormonal treatments that claim to help keep you young. I’ve read recently that intermittent fasting is good and you might want to look up klotho protein, for this you might want to give ChatGPT. It’s quite refreshing to hear you want to take care of yourself in a preventative kind of way. Godspeed to you 😃

@doclarrea thank you very much for sharing this information with me. But I think these crinkles on my cheeks are more from the cpap mask. I've been using the cpap 1 year and I started noticing that it's more crinkles then wrinkles. Things I've tried and still trying doesn’t seem to be working. I'm only 69 and up until I was diagnosed with sleep apena last year I didn't show anything on my face. So I've been very curious if this is something normsl that happens while using a cpap mask, if anyone else on cpap machine noticed the same or something like not having a proper mask. I've spoke to my dr about it but she doesn't know, I've seen a dermatologist and all she did was offered her expensive creams or face lift that would cost an arm and a leg or more. But no real answers to my question. Does this happen using a cpap mask?
