@peterose Absolutely @pxhbarb needs to see a GP if haven’t seen one yet about this inexplicable vomitting while active. Especially when it’s badly affecting quality of life.

There could be an underlying health condition that needs to be identified and dealt with.

I had a scan and turned out that I had a tumour in my abdomen that was interfering with my digestion and needed to be removed.

Best to get checked out and know what’s going on.
