This sounds like what happened to my eyes after cataract surgery 10 years ago and I have had many appointments afterwards asking questions about these things. I never got an answer. They keep telling me that my cataract surgery was a good one and my eyes took good. They did do a procedure on my right eye again a laser surgery but it did not help. and my eye got worse. I think that all these surgeries are not totally understood yet and they are just doing the surgeries hoping for the best results. They get good ones and bad ones. If you get any good information I would love to hear about your results.

@klancee47 - I went to another eye surgeon in our area and they were incredible!! They eased my fears for sure. So she looked at everything... dilated my pupils, checked my pressure... she said that as you age (I'm 57) we get "floaters" caused by vitreous gel in our eyes shrinking and liquefying, causing collagen clumps and cell debris to form shadows on the retina, appearing as spots or cobwebs... So my floaters and floating blurry spot is a result of aging... She said that eventually my brain would adjust to it and I probably won't even notice it anymore. I sure hope that happens soon LOL... But at least I know there is nothing seriously wrong.
