I have HOCM (became obstructive at the beginning of this year (2025)), and am taking Camzyos. This year a doctor found my B12 was low and recommended supplements. Because of your experience, I am now also wondering if there's a connection between the HOCM or the Camzyos and the B12 deficiency...
