@jmr091805 yes - I have HOCM but since the LVOT was 18 at the last echo my cardiologist did not put me on Camzyos (yet?). This steep increase is odd since I am not having additional symptoms. I have sent him an email and I am sure he will respond today or Monday. Just looking for input and education from the Mayo community. Thanks!
