@jer22 I was on Entyvio for approximately 5 years, and it worked great. Then for some reason after 5 years I started having flairs then had a small bowel obstruction. I was fine for 5 years. I did not develop antibodies to Entyvio. After a course of steroids, I was put on Stelara. During the almost 2 years I was on it, my immune system was severely compromised. Within 18 months I had Influenza A followed closely by bibasilar pneumonia and almost becoming septic. Then I developed pneumonia again in the right base. Right now I’m in remission, praise The Lord, and not taking any Crohn’s meds.

@jer22, I moved this discussion to the Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) Support Group and am tagging other members like @nosweat @immissamy @bbmayo @tm27, who have mentioned taking Skyrizi (risankizumab-rzaa) for Crohn's disease.
Jer, it sounds like the medication was working well for you until it didn't. What is being suggested by your GI doctor?
