Happy Thanksgiving! That's a great positive spin on things. I'm not quite 72 yet, but I totally agree with being less self-critical, I wish I'd learned that earlier, honestly. My own three would be:
1. You finally have the time to read all those books you bought decades ago.
2. Less FOMO because you realize most things are just variations on things you’ve already experienced.
3. You can wear literally whatever you want, clothes stop being a uniform.
That freedom is pretty chill.
