I had a pfa in mid June. It actually was a combined pfa for afib and rfa for atrial flutter. I had paroxysmal afib for 3 years and one episode of persistent afib. So far it has worked. I had one brief episode (less than 1 hour and no meds,) of afib 3 weeks after the ablation. It was considered normal during the blanking period. Nothing since. Of course if know it could come back but 5 1/2 months afib free has been great.
