@grifftg07 my treatments were on Fridays. I felt miserable on Saturday and Sunday. By Monday, I was back to my usual routine.

@grifftg07, I'm 4 weeks in gem/doce and work an office job. The process takes awhile, unlikely you'll have much time to return to work the same day. Fortunately my treatments are going well.
