I also have uveitis. It began in 1990. It was difficult to diagnose. Have you been tested for RA and the hla-b27 gene? I only had uveitis for about 20 or so years then the joint pain started. Also, I have suffered from chronic lower back pain since forever. At this point I can't remember NOT having back pain. The uveitis in one eye progressed to retinal vein occlusion. They are working hard to treat that with injections. A word of advice, if you start getting eye injections insist that they deaden the injection site 1st. If they refuse, time to find another retina specialist.

My little sister has MS which took decades to diagnose. She found a neurologist who specializes in MS and had some kind of different mri to finally see the lesions in her brain and spine. Check for hla-b27 gene. It is found in many autoimmune issues.
