Setpoint Medical Device for RA

Has anybody had a chance to try out Setpoint Medical Device for rheumatoid arthritis? It is a small implant that sends an electrical impulse once a day to the Vega nerve to control inflammation. It was just approved by the FDA in August or September.

I have not heard of such a device but would be interested. I have been inflamed since a 6/11/24 shingles shot. Destroyed my left shoulder and had it replaced 4 weeks ago. ASAP I will need my right shoulder replaced,
