@scottrl unfortunately I work with a medical company that doesn't bother in listening to the issues I'm struggling with and just send send me whatever they want. I've asked to be measured but to no avail. I've mentioned it to my doctor several times but all she does is send an order only to be charged for doing nothing. The medical company is all about charging my insurance company and nothing else. I kept the f20 for the pad it has thinking it might help but it's not. I do find myself tensed up with the mask on that I end up taking it off instead because I can't sleep. It's all so frustrating.

I first started in 2024 using a full mask covering from nose bridge to chin. That left lots of face marks. Then tried one that covered just entire nose and still had red face marks. Now I use the nasal pillows mask which is more comfortable, less cumbersome and no red face ridges. It just sits under your nose with the air pillows slightly inside each nostril. Flexible soft straps still come across cheeks but no face marks. I also have the air hose on top of head and not coming from face. I do have some air leakage each night but it is in acceptable range according to the sleep doctor. But more importantly I have no incidences of breathing issues during the night. My provider of the CPAP machine schedules appointments to be fitted and try different masks. This is a different company than the CPAP supplies vendor. The supplies vendor is aggressive about ordering additional supplies which are billed to insurance.
