Thanks for the advice.
Even before my cancer diagnosis, I had a very healthy mediteranean style diet with ZERO fast or ultra processed foods. And I exercise daily. But, given my high genomic and pathological risk for BCR post surgeryy, I would like to turbo-charge my body's natural defenses against mocrospopic cancer cells which will invetibably attempt to multiply uncontrollably given the right conditions. Dr. William Li and others strongly believe the right foods can help fortify your body's natural defense mechanisms. Dr. Li - who has done extensive scientific research on the topic and written several books about it - mentions fruits like cantelope and figs, nuts like walnuts and almonds, veggies like brocoli and tomatoes (and yes brocoli sprouts) , sea foods like salmon and trout, and whole grains (like steel cut oatmeals), plus drinks like green tea and black coffee are excellent in help your body's defenses against cancer. I was pleased to see that many of these food groups have already been mentioned by participants of this discussion thread.
I have began incorporating Dr. Li's recommendations on my already-very healthy mediterranean style diet, with hopes of preventing (or at least delaying for very long) BCR.
