Have you been told no to hrt if you are 10+ years post menopause?

I haven't found a doctor who will put me back on hrt. They all want me to do prolia, instead. Of course they are all males. It's terrible to be a 68 year old woman in 2025.

Try functional medicine.
Also, are you asking them or telling them? Make sure that you take the latest Information on hrt and bhrt....research links, etc. they may not be up to date or their medical system may be the problem. What are they telling you about your particular health profile and their hormone concerns.
