Does anyone have advice on Letrozole?

I'm 68 after terrible joint pain in both hands (permanent) I was put on Letrozole which developed its own side effects severe vaginal pain and uniary issues. Now on Exemestane which helped with Letrozole issues. However, caused pain in my upper teeth with dry mouth. Doctor has taken me off medication until my next visit. Has anyone experienced teeth pain? I did read that this is a side effect of exemestane.

I was on Exemestane for months and now my teeth are a mess. However, that wasn't the only AI I was on so not sure if this was the cause ofc my teeth problems. I now have a tooth that needs to be pulled as it is abscessed and I have to have a root canal. I have been on Exemestane, Anastrozole and now Letrozole. And, yes, I have heard that they all affect your teeth. They cause bone loss.....osteoporosis and osteopenia. I was also taking infusions of Zometa to help.....................obviously, it didn't.
