@carol1024 oh, hell yeah, same here where they went to school. Did their internship? If they're brilliant in their field, I'll let them get away with a little arrogance BUT if a doctor doesn't take me seriously or listen to The Words that are coming out of my mouth, then we're going to have a problem. And I'm a very reasonable logical person who has lived in this body for 66 years. So when I say it's not functioning properly the doctor needs to pay attention! Do they think we want to be there, wait for them after they double book patients and then be grateful that they gave you 5 minutes of their time? The first doctor I had an appointment with at the Cleveland Clinic, who I waited over 5 months to see was the first doctor I reported to their new multi billion dollar patient advocacy program. I had to reach out to the woman who created the program in a Cleveland because the advocates in Florida also blew me off. This young twit told me EVERYONE likes this doctor...My reply was she's very nice but I'm not looking for a friend to have coffee with, I'm looking for someone who is going to help me figure out what's happening. The twit in Florida was fired and the doctor was written up and my statement is in her permanent file!
