this is encouraging! I'm 58 with almost the same numbers. I am going to begin Envenity in about three weeks. I hope to have the same results. I am also taking my Vitamin D and Calcium Citrate supplements. I have always worked out so that will continue. I have also just begin post-menopausal HRT.

@dianat, I forgot to mention I also started HRT - estrodiol patch and progesterone capsules about 6 months ago. I have also recently added a lose dose testosterone cream after learning it is also supposed to be beneficial for maintaining strong bones. It is still hard to wrap my head around knowing this will be a lifelong journey, but better to know now and be able to do something about it then find out the hard way with broken bones. Good luck with your infusions, please give us posted. This group has been so helpful! ❤️🙏
