Hello @jeffmarc, just reading your reply and something that really struck me was “Orgovyx being essentially free”. Well in my case Orgovyx price is almost $100.00 per pill so it’s $3,000.00 for a 30 day supply. My co-pay is $920.00 per month. Thankfully our max out of pocket for prescription drugs in 2025 is $2,000.00. Therefore I paid the $2,000.00 for Orgovyx. End of year just around the corner so I’ll be paying the $920.00 for a couple months again. This Prostate cancer is expensive, but better than the alternative. Radiation cost was $128,000.00 and my co-pay is $2,760.00. A PSMA scan in this area is $14,300.00. Okay, I’ll stop complaining now…… I could write a book. Gee maybe that’s a good idea.

@kenporter Ken, let‘s get you some copay relief. I get Orgovyx 90-day supplies from Biologics by McKesson pharmacy which also connected me with a PAN Foundation grant that covers all my copay, up to $2000. Worth inquiring. P.S. My PSMA PET scan was just over $20000, but $1100 copay. Grateful for insurance.

I am also on Nubeqa. That costs about $12,000 today, And getting my prescription in January paid the $2000 I needed to pay for my medicine for the year. So getting the Orgovyx After that was free As are all other drugs I take.
You’re right it costs about $3000.
