I stayed at the kaylor grand everytime i have been there. I love the location and the hotel staff are absolutley amazing. Everything is within walking distance so I didnt ever have to move my vehicle and get lost lol also tunnels to clinics. Overall best place to stay in my opinion. 🙂
I also love this hotel. Location is great and staff is really nice. Close to everything....also has a rooftop (enclosed) swimming pool.
I love staying there, too! Super-close, good restaurants, Starbucks, caramel corn store, and hooked to the Subway.
Where is the caramel corn store?
Main level at that kahler grand hotel. 🙂
We book on HOTWIRE to get the best rates under $80.00
at Kahler Grand (paymfor parking) or Kahler Inn &'Suites(free parking)
both connect to Mayo Clinic underground or just across the street from
Mayo &'Gonda.
Be sure to select only Downtown Rochester to get Kahler.
Otherwise you can book a tiny room directly with Kahler Grand for $89.00 student rate or patient rate. For training you will be a student.
Tha Kaler Grand Hotel is the best for us. It is just in front of Mayo Clinic in Rochester. And has a free transport to Saint Marys Hospital and to walmart and for some hotels near
This is @clockrem12 in Concierge Services and I highly suggest that you avoid booking online unless you are FOR SURE of your departure date! Often times patients book rooms this way and get stuck paying for nights they don't stay because they book a non-refundable rate. Book direct through the hotel-it is not worth the headache.
I agree with @clockrem12. Last year, I had to actually shortened a stay, but I had booked through Expedia.com, so I wasn't eligible for e refund.
@amanda1983, did they move the caramel corn store upstairs? It used to be in the subway level. I'm going to be there mid-May, and I can't wait to get my grubby little hands on some of this caramel corn again... it's the best I've ever had!
