I'm Randy. some years back i cant tell you how many but i had a chiropractor do a hair test to see what vitamins i was missing because of my finger nails and how they were forming. some reason he mentioned where they went into a mental institute and did the testing for vitamins. one gentleman was released after 32 years a prisoner of sorts , given the minerals he was missing and released back to the population. the person he should have been. all because he was missing key vitamins needed to function daily. my case i was totally lacking 4 groups, that had some measure of how i processed certain things, this simple test changed my life for years. mine was not drastic, mostly superficial but some key vitamins mixed together missing can wreck havoc in the brain. doesn't hurt to check. hope this helps Later years my daughter helped me out when i had symptoms of a rash and skin problems, i was tested and again my body had quit making histamine which cost me two surgeries i didn't need to had in the first place. just timing thing and being two thousand Milles apart.
