Am i going to end up in a wheelchair

I am 32 years old. My right leg and right thigh have pins and needles, pain and burning sensation. I have had it sins 9 feb 2022. Had no injuries were on oxygen for my long covid in the lung unit. Since then it has gotten much worse in 2024 i kept falling went for xrays of my lower back and hip nothing went for an mri of my lower back nothing. About 3 weeks ago it started also in my left leg and all that the doctors want to do is pain block with no diagnosis please help

I went for the pain block 3 times it last for 2 months and then the pain is worse when it comes back

@randallshields56 yes went for fisio and chiropractor

Research Transverse Myelitis. It's causes are diverse. Its inflammation and demyelination of the spinal cord. Search Mayo and Johns Hopkins. Diagnosed using MRI with contrast. Usually treated with steroids.
