@guyjeff123 yes I have been dealing with iron overload from dextran iron infusion.
I have been taking chia seeds (put in juice about 30 minutes prior to consuming because they will increase in size when combined with liquid) and CoQ10 to help my body get rid of excess iron.

I have been taking bacillus coagulans probiotics to help with joint pain from excess iron.

I have been taking small amounts of methylene blue to help my mitochondria regain function.

@harmony510 Thank you for your suggestions. I'd like to hear more about your progress, if you don't mind sharing. My ferritin level is around 1000ng/ml right now. I only have one kidney, so chelation therapy is out of the question. I did have 2 phlebotomies one week apart about a month and a half ago, but my hemoglobin has not only dropped below 11 since the 2 phlebotomies, it is continuing to go down. Currently it's at 9.8. My Red blood cells and my hematocrit are also going down at about the same pace.
