I have very similar symptoms. Just walking from car to store and I’m exhausted and winded. Grocery shopping is so hard. Jus t sitting still I get winded sometimes and can barely stay awake! I’ve seen several doctors with no answers. New PCP said “ probably”!? Chronic Fatigue. I’m now going to see a neurologist for confirmation. I have a walker with a seat to use when I am out for long time so I can have a place to sit when I am overwhelmed and too tired. I use it to sit as I work in Kitchen to cook. I hate being a burden to my husband and a worry. Embarrassing when people in the store ask me if I’m OK😖. Good luck to you, hope you can find help. @slatesslates1 Yes, Bateman Horne Center has good info for providers also. I printed a copy of the diagnostic criteria & took to my provider.
Yes, this is all so overwhelming, having ME/CFS & fibro & probably Long Covid but no way to be sure because dr said is same symptoms as ME/CFS so makes no difference if we add LC to the list.
I use a walker, too, as gives me something to prop myself up with when it feels like I cant walk very far.

@slatesslates1 i have ghis happen and have passed out. I wonder if a deep inhalation if the ixygen we can fer from Amazon it in stores without a prescriptiin might gelp. My NP looked at the ads and thought it might be wirth trying!
