It seems crazy no one has posted to this topic for so long. I was finally diagnosed 18 months ago by a vascular doctor. My doctor is at Fairview Southdale clinic in the Twin Cities of Minnesota. In the fall of 2024 he told me Zepbound GLP-1 was showing promise on treating Lipedema. It has taken a full year to get it approved by my Medicare Part D insurance and it is still pricey but it has really helped with my pain. It has an anti inflammatory hormone in it which is not in the other GLP-1'S.
