@jnmy Thanks for your response. I don’t know where it showed on chest x-ray other than left lung. Last time it was right upper lobe. I was in hospital when chest X-ray and CT were done and did not get to see images. Those sound like excellent things to try.

@laneyk my doctor was surprised it was left lung and did not return to right lung.

@laneyk You’re welcome. NAC really did help. Another tip I’ve shared before but works well is using a longer breath hold with either the Aerobika or any breathing technique you use with the huff cough. I saw it on a reputable video from a respirologist.

Often we see the advice to hold our breathe for a count or 4 or 5 seconds before you exhale and huff cough. Try holding your breathe for 10 seconds and then huff cough.

Also, I often start this process by first breathing in, holding breathe for four or five seconds and then use my diaphragm to exhale fairly strongly. Then, inhale and hold for a count of 10, and exhale with huff cough.

Hope you can find a technique that works.
