I had surgery 13 years ago. I have been on cyanocobalamin (B12) injection of 1000 mcg since surgery. Originally it was every 4 weeks, but after few years the provider changed to every 21 days.

Did you do injections when in US ?

@roch Thank you for your reply. I did not do the B12 injections in the US, but have been giving them to myself in Costa Rica. Was doing them once a month, but now starting to do them twice a month to see if I can get more energy.
