@gently I recollect my doctor wrote for a prior authorization request. I actually can’t quite remember, but it was never a problem for me to get the TYMLOS covered. I am on Medicare. I am gluten and lactose intolerant and I have a feeling that it was one of those reasons.
@gently people also need to make sure that it’s billed correctly many times with medication’s. It needs to be billed under Medicare part B and it gets billed under part D and gets rejected or the other way around.

@gently Generslky, osteopenia is treated with Fosomax. Or an oral biophosphate. Tymlos might be covered is you have a history of fractures. Work with your endocrinologist on which carriers & pharmacies will cover it for you.
