I just read a post here a few days ago touting the benefits of the "Squatty Potty". It seems to be just a footstool about seven inches high that supposedly lifts your knees up enough to give a straighter path for stools to pass out of the bowel. It's on Amazon and seems to get decent reviews. Will it work for you? Is it worth checking out? Maybe.
