Low Sodium or Sodium Free Bread

I've been baking sodium free bread for years, most store bought bread isn't that healthy (preservatives and all) and I have celiac disease, so am gluten free. Consider buying a bread maker; they are quite easy to use once you get the hang of them. Salt is not necessary for bread making, and one can add herbs and various flours so the bread has more flavor. Much cheaper than store bought as well.

@kayabbott thank you for that input. I just purchased a bread machine so that I can bake healthy, salt free bread for my husband who has late stage kidney disease. If it’s not too much trouble, would you please send me one or two of your recipes. Thank you in advance.
