I think the general consensus trends towards the order of: DRE (depreciated)->PSA -> PSE -> MRI -> Biopsy -> Decipher

With all those pieces in hand, you are going to have a solid understanding what, if any at all, your cancer diagnosis is going to be.

That last one is a big one, if not for Decipher I'd be on active surveillance and likely gotten far worse by the time I underwent treatment.

@survivor5280 , just seems like getting a PSE test is really a challenge. Neither my urologist or pcp or any labs near me do it.
