@barbarian1 “requesting another test from diff provider like Quest” is a good idea.
Ask your doctor if it could also be a sign of kidney disease, chronic inflammation, or an immune system disorder, as this may require additional blood tests.

@swalex typically auto immune and inflammation diseases, usually arise with both Kappa and lambda light chains rising if I’m not mistaken, if only one is rising that usually points to a blood plasma disorder, especially if it has a monoclonal protein attached to it
