@snagydude I used to take a B-complex. I would seem that too much B-6 can cause neuropathy, so I stopped because I'm not B-12 deficient. So I suppose B-12 alone wouldn't be problematic. But it never hurts to run things by the experts. I would think that a neurologist would be looking at B12 levels, no?
